The location is great, but whenever we use a hair dryer, we had to call front desk to turn on the power. If you want to use a hair dryer, avoid this hotel. Once you turn on a hair dryer, the entire room's electricity will be out. I did late check in, took a shower at 1 AM, and the power was gone. So we called the front desk, but nobody picked up the phone, and we slept with out any heater and lights. It was horrible, because this happened 3 times for 10 hours staying.

Ok hotel. Parts are dated. May not be ideal for long stays but good for short stays. Good location. Seems a bit expensive for what it is.

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

For the price of this hotel, at more than $600 for one night, I was surprised to also have to pay $25 for parking. Also no slippers for guests. Location - proximity to Rogers Arena is why we booked and that was good. Just was expecting more for the price.

Good location but since hotel is under renovation, very noisy. Limited room amenities, no cleaning service unless request!

The location is very good. It is very close to the subway. It is next to the library and Robinson Street. It is a little far from Stanley Park, but it is within walking distance of Chinatown, Yaletown, and Gastown. There are restaurants and bars downstairs. There is a big supermarket five minutes away. It is very convenient. The room is average. The air conditioner is very old and noisy. The service is average. There are a lot of vacant rooms. The waiter still gave me a room next to the ice machine at the elevator entrance. As a result, I couldn't sleep well because of the sound of children coming up the elevator in the middle of the night and the sound of people pouring ice cubes.
